Pack a bag and get walking. Go on an adventure: In your own neighbourhood, surrounding suburbs, towns, cities or states. Get out into nature and walk a path you’ve never walked before. Rely on your instincts to guide you on your journey. Allow your senses to guide your direction. Often they’ll tell you what they want to see, feel, taste, smell or touch. Challenge yourself to be “free”. Let go and start a whole new journey. Into the wild you go.

Sit On Some Grass.
To clear the mind, sometimes all it takes is to sit on some grass. Kick the heels off, take a picnic, book, camera or a notepad and pen. Relax and let nature help you unwind.
Roses.
All I know is that when I stop to smell the roses, my morning walk, my day and my experience of the moment is so much greater. An injection of a beautiful aroma from nature can sometimes make all the difference.
Listen to Your Senses.
Your senses are your connectivity points to the outside world: Your ears to hear the different tonalities in sound. Your mouth for tasting exquisite pleasures. Your eyes for dancing with various images that are your surrounds. Your nose to absorb the multitude of fragrances that fill our world. Your hands to touch the many textures that bind our homes, spaces and places. Use your senses to connect with your body’s interpretation of the world around you. Come to understand how different surrounds make you react to the world that you create within and around you.
